While recording new material for their 2nd album THEN STARTS THE FALL , the bands new demos were heard by Stewart Watson of MCA . With the honeymoon over due to frustration after frustration with A&Ms lethargy, DANCECLASS signed with MCA around 1983. What followed was a complete departure from their usual writing and recording style. Most of the tracks were recorded in Wisseloord studios Hilversum Holland. The 'state of the art ' equipment gave Danceclass a totally different sound but this album sadly never got a release date and the band split shortly after with Trevor Brewis and Dave Taggart making the inevitable permanent move to London.
